A majority of mobile phone users-84 percent ,to be exact - even in a price sensitive markets like india are interested in trying out mobile TV whenever it is offered and many are willing to invest in new handset if their existing if their phones are not equipped to receive tv content.In fact,mobile TV(TV-on-the-go) will attract some 12 million customers in the very first year.The days have come now.MTNL has already launched the mobile TV services.MTNL's Rs.349 per month plan includes 7 channels.Those will be the channels of Doordharshan.In the upcoming years other satellite channels can be included.Nokia has joined hands with DD to lauch mobile TV trails in india.
